Book via The Fortius App
Patients with an iPhone are now able to download the Fortius App from the App Store for a fast and convenient way to book and manage appointments, as well as pay invoices.
New patients
If you are a new patient you will need to register as a Fortius patient in order to create an account:
- Please go to http://patients.fortiusclinic.com/new-account and follow the online instructions
- You will receive an email (do check it hasn’t gone into your junk folder) from appointments@fortiusclinic.com with a link in it – please click here to reset your password
- Once your account is complete, please download the app from the App Store

Existing patients
If you have been registered as a Fortius patient, you will just need to open an online account by changing your automatically generated password to something you will remember:
- Please go to https://patients.fortiusclinic.com, where you’ll see an option for ‘Existing Patients’ (that’s you) to ‘Reset Password’
- Click this button and enter your first and last names, your date of birth and your email address. These details MUST match the details you provided when you registered as a patient with Fortius.
- You will receive an email (do check it hasn’t gone into your junk folder) from appointments@fortiusclinic.com with a link in it – please click here to reset your password
